to perpetuate the heritage that we provide. Because of our aging membership
it seemed like a good idea to us too. Most organizations like ours are
looking for ways to perpetuate themselves. This seemed like an ideal way.
We told them we would have to get approval of our membership and investigate
the feasibility of amending our charter, IRS status etc. Our president
has started this process. If you have any comments on what you believe
we should do, please contact us.

first thing Friday morning and did some reminiscing. One of the former
